Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - Ghost Draft.

Key Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end customer communication management (CCM) applications
Integrate output queues for printing and electronic channels
Understand customer requirements and finalize the input file structure

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in end-to-end document lifecycle and GhostDraft
Experience in direct customer communication
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Java, shell script, Cobol, .net)
Experience with various output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower)
Familiarity with change management and mainframe/Unix is a plus
