Job Summary
A company is looking for a Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI), Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of Dialogflow CX architectures and integrations with external systems
- Develop secure, scalable webhooks and middleware to connect AI agents to backend APIs
- Lead performance tuning and optimization efforts, analyzing conversation logs for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Software Engineering or Cloud Architecture, with 3-5 years focused on Google CCAI
- Deep expertise in the Google Cloud AI stack, including Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java for backend development
- Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and security protocols
- Preferred certifications: Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer and Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
