Technical Lead (Java, React)
Job Summary
Owning the architecture, design, and delivery of a next-generation Developer Portal, the full-time Technical Lead (Java, React) will guide a cross-functional team in developing scalable APIs and responsive UIs while driving best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture, coding standards, and DevOps strategy
- Lead design and code reviews, mentoring engineers throughout the process
- Build responsive, accessible UIs in React JS and develop scalable APIs in Java with Spring Boot
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical lead role
- Expertise in React JS, HTML5, CSS in JS, and responsive design
- Strong knowledge of Java (11+), Spring Boot, and microservices patterns
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Git, and CI/CD tools
