Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Legal Software Development & Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for developing and delivering digital transformation efforts for the Enterprise Legal function
- Establish communications between distributed systems using REST API and manage various software applications
- Guide and mentor junior employees while collaborating with legal and business users to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Five years of experience in establishing communications using REST API and managing documents with iManage
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Three years of experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management processes
- One year of experience with web technologies, including HTML, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular
