Job Summary

Owning the execution layer of machine learning systems, the full-time remote Technical Lead, Machine Learning will translate research into reliable, scalable production-grade ML systems while managing data pipelines, training workflows, and deployment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML system execution including data pipelines, training workflows, and deployment
• Fine-tune and adapt models using advanced methods while architecting scalable inference systems
• Collaborate with application engineering to integrate ML systems into various products efficiently

Required qualifications

• Experience building and deploying real ML systems used by end-users
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
• Ability to work with large models and understand their operational challenges
• Proven track record of writing production-grade code with a focus on system correctness
• Self-directed with strong collaborative skills in high-trust team environments
