Technical Lead - Managed Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - Managed Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical troubleshooting for high-severity incidents and conduct root cause analysis
• Monitor application performance and database integrity, ensuring compliance with SLAs
• Manage releases and deployments, providing support for CI/CD pipelines and configuration management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Spring Boot microservices, Spring Batch, and Node.js
• Experience with Apache, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Git, and Jenkins
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager
• Ability to create and update knowledge management documentation for support teams
