Technical Lead Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead Manager - LATAM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, architecture, and execution for Flagship products and integrations
• Write high-quality, production-level code while mentoring a small team of engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape project scope and ensure delivery

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including web applications and APIs (React, Next.js, Node.js preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering management
• Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions in fast-paced SaaS environments
• Strong architectural thinking and experience guiding technical decisions
• Comfortable working across the stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure) with a focus on performance and scalability
