Technical Lead Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small team of engineers, the full-time Technical Lead Manager will set technical direction, manage project delivery, and write production-grade code while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Set technical direction and contribute to architecture decisions, API contracts, and data models
• Design, build, and deliver full-stack features across the platform while staying hands-on with code
• Directly manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship and overseeing planning and execution

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
• Experience as a tech lead, team lead, or engineering manager, with prior direct management experience preferred
• Proficiency in building full-stack features using modern web technologies including TypeScript, Node, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and their application in software development workflows
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
