Technical Lead Manager

Job Summary

Combining technical leadership with team management, the full-time Technical Lead Manager will design and develop scalable software solutions, make strategic architectural decisions, and oversee effective team management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring strategic alignment and effective outcomes
• Design and guide the architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in software development and/or infrastructure engineering, focusing on databases and data storage systems
• Strong programming skills in languages such as .NET, Python, or Java, with .NET being a plus
• Extensive experience in system design, architectural patterns, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and distributed systems
• Proven leadership experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion
