• Over two years of experience managing a development team with a focus on career growth and productivity
• Masters or PhD in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Established history of delivering production-quality motion planners in a leadership role
• Advanced proficiency in search algorithms and experience with machine learning for motion planning solutions
• Expertise in C++, Linux, and Python, along with knowledge of SQL
