Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on motion planning algorithms and constraint generation
• Collaborate with leaders to provide technical direction and make critical architectural decisions
• Deliver a robust and scalable motion planner while prioritizing safety throughout all phases

Required Qualifications

• Over two years of experience managing a development team with a focus on mentorship and productivity
• Masters or PhD in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering production-quality motion planning solutions in a leadership role
• Advanced proficiency in search algorithms and experience with motion planning solutions using ML
• Expertise in C++, Linux, and Python, with knowledge of SQL
