Technical Lead - Minnesota

Job Summary

To support process delivery, the full-time contract Technical Lead - Minnesota will manage daily performance of Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capabilities within the team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, create, and maintain software components independently
• Propose and implement system changes to enhance the EDI engine's speed and accuracy
• Drive root cause resolution to minimize future incidents and ensure code accuracy through automated tests

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Common Lisp software development
• 5+ years of software application development experience
• 2+ years of experience managing large codebases with system interactions
• Proven ability to solve complex data integrity challenges
• Experience with Clojure programming language
