Technical Lead (.NET)

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Technical Lead (.NET), who will manage hands-on development and architecture while leading a small agile team, mentoring engineers, and driving AI adoption within the cloud-based IoT asset tracking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement critical features and platform components, actively engaging in coding and technical architecture decisions
• Lead a small agile team, managing sprints, setting goals, and mentoring engineers through regular feedback and pair programming
• Champion the adoption of AI development tools and identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the platform

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with production systems at scale
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET, with strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server skills
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior engineering lead role with direct team ownership
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and a commitment to advancing AI adoption in engineering teams
• Proven track record in designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
