Technical Lead - Node.js

Job Summary

Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, the remote Technical Lead - Node.js will manage application development using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, while leading teams and ensuring successful deployment, with quarterly travel to Chicago or Atlanta.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the development process from coding to deployment, ensuring quality and adherence to client requirements
• Lead and coach teams on technical aspects, fostering a collaborative environment and guiding the technical roadmap
• Design and implement loosely coupled, service-oriented systems while optimizing database performance and integration

Required qualifications:

• 6-8 years of total work experience, with at least 4 years in application development using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Node.js
• Strong background in relational databases, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Proven experience in coaching teams and understanding technical project roadmaps
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Kafka is a plus
