Technical Lead, Oracle Financials

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Oracle Financials Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight for Oracle Cloud and EBS Financial Systems operations
• Define and execute strategic roadmaps for system operations, compliance, and process improvements
• Ensure operational SOX compliance and establish robust financial controls across platforms

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Financials operations, including 3+ years in Oracle Cloud
• Minimum 8 years in IT service delivery leadership for global financial platforms
• Deep expertise in Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AP, and AR
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• Experience leading SOX-compliant operations in regulated environments
