Job Summary
Serving as the technical lead for patient interactions, the full-time remote Technical Lead, Patient Experience will manage the mobile development strategy and patient-facing applications, focusing on enhancing patient engagement and retention throughout their care journey.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for mobile development and patient-facing apps, impacting patient experiences
- Rapidly prototype and ship features in collaboration with design and product teams to improve engagement
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards and development practices for patient-facing products
Required qualifications
- Deep experience in building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products
- Proven track record as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring engineers
- Strong familiarity with full-stack development and rapid prototyping in a startup environment
- Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks
- Background in healthcare or high-trust consumer domains is preferred
