Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Lead development and support of Power Automate workflows, approvals, and integrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and runbooks

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Ability to guide team on development best practices
• Experience in overseeing code reviews and ensuring compliance with standards
• Proven ability to mentor developers and facilitate knowledge transfer
