Technical Lead - RPA Architect

Job Summary

Leading the Enterprise Applications team, the contract-to-hire Technical Lead - RPA Architect will design, develop, and implement enterprise application solutions across Cloud and OnPrem environments while driving the development of a remote medical assessment tool and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and integration of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards
• Oversee the architecture and development of low-code and RPA solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business workflows
• Lead cross-functional teams in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Azure application development, including cloud-native solutions and microservices architectures
• Proficiency in modern development languages such as C# and JavaScript, with strong database integration experience
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies, with experience in leading technical initiatives across multiple projects
• Familiarity with low-code platforms like QuickBase and Power Apps for developing business solutions and workflow automation
