Technical Lead Software Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead / Software Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end system architecture across backend, frontend, AI pipelines, and infrastructure
• Lead development of RAG pipelines, semantic search systems, and AI orchestration layers
• Write, review, and debug production code regularly while leading sprint planning and technical discussions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience building scalable production systems
• Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI backend development
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript for full-stack development
• Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction
