Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex features or subsystems, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals
• Serve as a primary technical owner for services or components, focusing on reliability, performance, security, and maintainability
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, providing feedback and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience
• Typically 7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading the design and delivery of complex features or projects in a production environment
• Strong expertise in relevant technology stacks, including distributed systems, APIs, and cloud services
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing actionable feedback for technical growth
