Technical Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Serving as the primary architect and technical guide for core product solutions, the full-time remote Technical Lead Software Engineer will own the technical roadmap, develop complex software solutions, and drive the adoption of modern practices while contributing high-quality code and mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap and partner with architects to model complex systems and drive integration strategy decisions
- Contribute high-quality code (50% hands-on) to complex SaaS products and resolve systemic architectural challenges
- Drive the adoption of modern best practices, including AI-assisted development and DevSecOps, ensuring security and scalability
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in developing and maintaining large-scale, high-availability web applications
- At least 2 years in a hands-on technical lead or principal engineering role
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience
- Expertise in AWS cloud architecture, serverless programming, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Angular, and Typescript
