Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead / Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a player-coach between hands-on development and architectural leadership
Establish engineering standards and conduct code reviews for quality assurance
Mentor engineers and coordinate with PMO governance on backlog priorities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of related experience
Experience as a technical lead or architect across multiple platforms
Ability to design scalable and secure solutions
Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS/platform architecture
