Technical Lead - Solution Integrator

Job Summary

Leading technical delivery for software implementation and integration, the full-time remote Technical Lead - Solution Integrator will coordinate with project managers, manage project scope, and mentor teams while ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project and Delivery Managers to manage scope, schedule, and quality commitments
• Lead the Technical Engineering Team in designing, deploying, and configuring solutions for client environments
• Respond to client inquiries and document software issues for testing teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the electricity industry
• Strong analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and management
• Familiarity with utility integration technologies such as SCADA and DERMS
• Experience with programming languages and tools including C#, C++, and Microsoft Visual Studio
