Technical Lead - Technology R&D

Job Summary

As a hands-on architect and builder, the full-time Technical Lead - Technology R&D will lead sprint development, guide build teams through complex technical challenges, and interface directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sprint development and coordinate work streams as the embedded technical expert
• Design and develop high-level technical architectures for scalable streaming and batch processing systems
• Build reusable components and frameworks to empower analytical data products and accelerate development velocity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools and agentic coding workflows throughout the SDLC
• Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms for enterprise-scale data strategies
• Proven track record leading development efforts from initial scoping through product delivery
• Expertise in serverless infrastructure design on cloud platforms
