Technical Lead - Testing Services

Job Summary

Leading a hybrid team, the permanent Technical Lead - Testing Services will manage test automation efforts, oversee client and stakeholder interactions, and ensure effective agile processes across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate test automation initiatives while managing teams across various locations
• Implement and maintain test management practices, ensuring alignment with agile/scrum methodologies
• Utilize advanced testing tools and frameworks to develop and execute automated tests, integrating with CI/CD pipelines

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in testing, with at least 6 years in test automation
• Proficiency in Java and experience with RestAssured/Karate for API testing
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as TestNG, Cucumber, and JUnit
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and remote execution tools like Sauce Labs and Selenium Grid
• Experience with JIRA and Octane for test management and tracking
