Technical Lead - Testing Services
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Technical Lead - Testing Services will design, implement, and maintain front-end test automation for React-based applications using Cypress, focusing on integrating tests into CI/CD and performing API testing in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Cypress automation for React applications, covering E2E, integration, and component tests
- Author Gherkin feature files and align tests with product acceptance criteria and living documentation
- Integrate automation into CI/CD processes, including parallelization, retries, and reporting
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years in QA automation with React/JavaScript/TypeScript; 2+ years hands-on with Cypress (v10+)
- Strong experience testing React applications and familiarity with common patterns (hooks, state management, routing)
- Proven BDD/Gherkin experience with Cypress cucumber preprocessor
- Experience with API testing for REST/GraphQL and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Solid understanding of test design techniques and strategies to reduce flakiness
