Technical Lead - VDI Management

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise endpoint environments, the full-time Technical Lead - VDI Management will manage endpoint management activities, oversee software delivery and virtual desktop infrastructure services, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead endpoint management and VDI-related activities within Tier 3 back-end support and engineering operations
• Guide technical integration, testing, change management, and configuration activities across endpoint and back-end environments
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and process improvements that strengthen delivery quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong experience in enterprise endpoint management and virtual desktop infrastructure
• Knowledge of systems integration, technical change management, and configuration management
• Desired certifications may include Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, or ITIL
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
