A company is looking for a Technical Lead-Testing Services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA strategies and testing plans for Workday Financials modules
Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts to ensure effective test execution and defect resolution
Collaborate with various teams to define testing scope and validate system design against business requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of QA and testing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
3+ years of hands-on testing experience with Workday Financials
Proven expertise in Workday Financials test tools and manual/automated testing processes
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
