Technical Learning Designer

Job Summary

To support a client in the semiconductor industry, the contracted Technical Learning Experience Designer will design and develop e-learning modules on circuit board and hardware topics using Articulate 360, while creating engaging AI avatar video content remotely for up to 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning modules based on SME-provided content, focusing on circuit board and hardware topics
• Collaborate with a technical Subject Matter Expert to translate complex hardware concepts into clear, learnable experiences
• Create AI avatar video content to enhance module delivery and learner engagement

Required qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in learning experience design with the ability to independently develop effective modules from raw technical content
• Familiarity with circuit board theory, electronics, or hardware/PCB concepts
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 for module development
• Experience in facilitating knowledge transfer with Subject Matter Experts
• Ability to work autonomously and ramp up quickly on projects
