Technical Learning Experience Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Enablement Learning Experience Designer will design, develop, and maintain technical learning experiences that enhance product adoption and customer success while collaborating with technical stakeholders to identify competencies and performance expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify role-based competencies and design scalable, learner-centered learning experiences
- Manage complex learning projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and organizational priorities
- Develop and maintain technical learning solutions across multiple modalities, including assessments, hands-on labs, and instructional materials
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in technical training development or a related field
- Experience developing learning solutions for software, SaaS, or other technical products
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development expertise
- Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate complex software products and workflows
- Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline
