Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Technical Enablement & Learning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging live checkpoint sessions and support trainees in application development
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing best-practice guidance
  • Collaborate with the Academy team to create and maintain effective learning content
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a technical training, application development, or customer support role
  • Strong understanding of core programming concepts such as variables, conditional logic, and error handling
  • Ability to analyze and explain application logic and system behavior
  • Experience in teaching or mentoring adult learners in technical topics is a plus
  • Familiarity with conversational AI, CTI technologies, and scripting languages is advantageous
