Technical Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Technical Manager on the Creative Serving team, the successful candidate will define and communicate the long-term creative serving strategy, translate business goals into team objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure high-quality infrastructure meets stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define, shape, and communicate the creative serving strategy and roadmap
• Translate business goals into actionable team objectives while collaborating with cross-functional leaders
• Set the engineering culture standard, fostering best practices and accountability within the team

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven experience in building and scaling engineering systems, including design and implementation
• Strong technical judgment and ability to provide feedback on complex code bases
• Solid engineering and coding skills
• Experience with Go and HTML/CSS/JS is a plus; familiarity with ad tech is a solid advantage
