Technical Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Technical Manager will manage software projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project needs and objectives, managing projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and analyze technical solutions that meet client requirements
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing technical guidance and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or in similar roles managing web projects
• Solid technical background in software engineering, preferably with Node.js and React.js
• Experience in Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with proven experience managing teams of 10+ people
• Strong knowledge of architectures, best practices, and Agile principles
