Job Summary
Proactively supporting clients through the integration of gaming solutions, the full-time Technical Manager will ensure customer satisfaction while managing technical issues and fostering strong relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored gaming experiences across all products
- Ensure adherence to data security obligations for clients and the company
- Own and prioritize projects, developing a strategic Data Engineering roadmap and communicating progress to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Experience in the gaming operator segment is preferred
- Proven software development experience, particularly with integrating third-party APIs
- Fluency in spoken and written business English; additional Asian languages are a bonus
- Experience in IT systems analysis and designing IT solutions
- Project management experience with the ability to work under pressure
