Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of platform and infrastructure engineers
• Build and operate systems that support the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD infrastructure and testing frameworks
• Improve engineering productivity by reducing friction in the build, test, and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong programming experience in modern languages such as Python, Go, or C++
• Experience building or operating large-scale developer platforms or CI/CD infrastructure
