Technical Manager - HCM

Job Summary

Leading a team of architects and consultants, the full-time Technical Manager - HCM will ensure technical excellence and collaboration while driving performance standards across development, deployment, and operations in a telecommute role from anywhere in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical guidance for solution design, environment setup, and deployment while collaborating with Sales, Partners, and Internal Teams
• Design and execute performance test strategies using tools like JMeter and Python, conducting various load tests to evaluate system performance
• Perform architecture and health reviews for products and act as a subject matter expert during Go-Live, providing support for stable production deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in technical leadership, performance testing, and tuning
• Proficiency in performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and Dynatrace
• Experience with programming languages including Python, Groovy, and Java
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and microservices-based applications
