Technical Manager - Implementations

Job Summary

Leading a team of Technical Implementation Leads and Software Developers, the full-time remote Technical Manager - Implementations will oversee customer-facing healthcare interoperability projects while providing hands-on technical leadership and ensuring delivery quality and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead technical resources in delivering healthcare interoperability implementations and strategic customer initiatives
• Provide technical leadership across all phases of implementation, including discovery, solution design, and operational readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reusable implementation assets and drive process improvements

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software development or technical implementations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR and APIs
• Experience with relational and distributed database technologies like PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Post-secondary education in informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field preferred
