Job Summary
To support the development of the Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD), the part-time Technical Manager will coordinate the creation of an integrated disclosure framework, manage research and analysis, and engage with stakeholders to ensure the outputs meet market needs while aligning with the TISFD's mission.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the development of technical deliverables and manage the timely delivery of the Taskforce's outputs
- Lead research and analysis for the Taskforce's outputs, including drafting and supervising the work of research associates and consultants
- Engage with TISFD stakeholders to incorporate their feedback and represent the Taskforce in relevant forums and discussions
Required qualifications
- An advanced university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations, International Development, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in sustainability, responsible business, ESG investing, or related fields
- Proven experience in corporate sustainability management and/or reporting
- Strong background in conducting research and analysis on social impact and risk measurement
- Fluency in English is required
