Technical Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Combining advanced technical expertise with product marketing leadership, the full-time remote Staff Technical Marketing Manager will shape customer security in the browser, influence product marketing strategies, and drive adoption of secure access solutions while creating compelling technical content and demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling demonstrations, hands-on labs, and workshops to showcase Falcon Secure Access
• Create high-impact technical content including demo videos, solution briefs, and technical articles to accelerate customer adoption
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define messaging, product launches, and go-to-market strategies for browser security and secure access

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or secure access roles
• Deep expertise in network security technologies, including ZTNA, SASE/SSE, and enterprise/browser security
• Strong understanding of customer use cases related to remote connectivity and secure access
• Proven experience in creating and delivering complex technical demos and customer-facing content
• Ability to influence product marketing strategies and communicate technical capabilities effectively to diverse audiences
