Technical Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the transition in the refrigeration and HVAC industry, the full-time remote Technical Marketing Specialist will lead application development projects, assist customers with next-generation refrigerants, and collaborate with various stakeholders across Europe to drive sustainable cooling technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead application development projects within refrigeration, air-conditioning, and heat pump markets
- Support OEMs and customers with the qualification and implementation of next-generation refrigerants
- Analyze field trial and application data, providing recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Several years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heat pumps, or related thermal systems industries
- Experience working with refrigerants and HVAC technologies
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
