Technical MATM Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise systems implementation, the remote Technical MATM Consultant will configure, integrate, and provide technical support for the Manhattan Active Transportation Management system while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring effective transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support the Manhattan Active Transportation Management system, troubleshooting issues and maintaining documentation
• Design and oversee technical integrations between MATM and internal systems, defining interface requirements and ensuring data flow integrity
• Provide advanced support for production incidents, conducting root-cause analysis and coordinating with development teams as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Transportation Management, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes such as planning, execution, and tracking
• Experience designing integrations between TMS and enterprise systems, with knowledge of REST APIs and data flows
• Ability to communicate technical designs clearly to various stakeholders, including developers and business users
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments with strong analytical skills
