Technical Mentor for Executives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Mentor (Executive Coaching).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic sessions for mid-to-senior-level engineering cohorts
• Lead sessions on career progression, motivation, and new trends in AI
• Conduct 1-on-1 leadership mock interviews with engineering management students

Required Qualifications

• Director level or above with senior roles in Engineering, ML, Product, or related functions
• Deep experience in Backend, Frontend, AI, and/or ML domains
• 15+ years of experience in the tech industry
• Comfortable speaking to highly technical, experienced engineering professionals
• Passion for mentorship and enabling others to grow
