Job Summary

Leading the full technical delivery of high-impact interior projects, the full-time Technical Office Manager will build and manage a high-performance technical office team while ensuring technical excellence and compliance in a remote contract role based in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full technical scope across multiple high-end, fast-track interior fit-out projects
• Build and run a high-performance technical office team, including draftsmen, engineers, and coordinators
• Ensure clear, coordinated, and clash-free documentation while serving as a technical partner to design, procurement, and site teams

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing technical teams within the interior design or construction industry
• Strong background in technical documentation and project management
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in compliance, quality control, and version management
• Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in interior project execution
