Required Qualifications
- Experience in a technical Customer Support, Implementation, or Onboarding role
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Ability to manage multiple customer onboardings simultaneously
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required after one year of employment
