Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Onboarding Manager to manage the onboarding process for new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical onboarding for assigned new customers, leading meetings and project managing the process
- Understand AWS Cloud Technologies and collaborate with various teams to ensure quality onboarding experiences
- Gather technical requirements and educate customers on technologies, services, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a technical Customer Support, Implementation, or Onboarding role
- Ability to work in a project management capacity
- Familiarity with public cloud, preferably AWS
- Ability to manage multiple customer onboardings simultaneously
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required after 1 year of employment
