Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Onboarding Manager to manage the onboarding process for new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical onboarding for assigned new customers, leading meetings and project managing the process
  • Understand AWS Cloud Technologies and collaborate with various teams to ensure quality onboarding experiences
  • Gather technical requirements and educate customers on technologies, services, and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical Customer Support, Implementation, or Onboarding role
  • Ability to work in a project management capacity
  • Familiarity with public cloud, preferably AWS
  • Ability to manage multiple customer onboardings simultaneously
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required after 1 year of employment
