Job Summary
To support the onboarding of new partners and products, the full-time Technical Onboarding Specialist will provide hands-on training and mentorship for Partner Resellers on voice and UCaaS platforms while managing complex migrations and ensuring successful product provisioning in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing technical training and enablement for partners and customers on products and processes
- Administer partner onboarding and migration programs to ensure operational viability and effective implementation
- Identify and resolve issues impacting partner and customer success during the onboarding process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in VoIP telephony system configuration and implementation
- 5+ years of experience configuring and provisioning hosted VoIP solutions on a soft switch platform
- Demonstrated knowledge of IP configurations, WAN, LAN, VLAN, and firewall setup
- Broad understanding of VoIP telephony business applications and related technologies
