Technical Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance during the rostering and provisioning process for school districts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective onboarding and implementation of solutions
• Stay updated on K-12 EdTech trends to identify opportunities for service enhancements and document onboarding procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in technical solution design or architecture, with at least 3 years in the K-12 EdTech industry
• Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other educational platforms
• Experience with single sign-on (SSO) solutions and user provisioning
• Prior experience in a product management or technical consulting role within the EdTech space
