Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide school administrators in configuring and launching identity management and multi-factor authentication tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Manage the onboarding process from initial setup calls to tracking complex onboarding cases

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in technical and customer-facing roles
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics for a non-technical audience
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to work 40 hours a week for a 6-month duration
• Experience in education or edtech is preferred
