Job Summary
Managing the onboarding and implementation of digital products for strategic accounts, the full-time Strategic Specialist, Technical Onboarding will ensure seamless system setup and data integrations while maintaining high-quality implementations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and implement Amplify's digital products to meet customer-specific requirements
- Coordinate all aspects of digital onboarding for new and existing customers
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure successful product launches
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, technical onboarding, or a similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency in data and information management practices
- Experience using Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Docs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks effectively
