Job Summary

Managing the onboarding and implementation of digital products for strategic accounts, the full-time Strategic Specialist, Technical Onboarding will ensure seamless system setup and data integrations while maintaining high-quality implementations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Amplify's digital products to meet customer-specific requirements
  • Coordinate all aspects of digital onboarding for new and existing customers
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure successful product launches
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, technical onboarding, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data and information management practices
  • Experience using Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Docs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks effectively
