Job Summary
Supporting the successful implementation and ongoing technical support of Inntopia's Marketing Cloud platform, the remote Technical Onboarding Specialist will manage client onboarding, software configuration, and technical troubleshooting while collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal platform performance.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and deploy Marketing Cloud environments for new clients, including user setup and platform customization
- Provide technical support for integrations and monitor daily processing activities while resolving platform-related issues
- Perform quality assurance testing for platform enhancements, validating data accuracy and system performance during implementation cycles
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software implementations, onboarding, or technical support for SaaS platforms
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with API testing tools like Postman
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
